SERVICES

Four Gigs, Twelve Packages

Each service below is a gig with three packages — Basic, Standard and Premium. Packages run from $120 to $500, scoped and priced in writing before work begins.

AI Agents & Voice Assistants — An assistant that answers, qualifies and books

AI Agents & Voice Assistants

A voice or chat assistant that answers your common questions in your own wording, works out what a caller actually needs, offers real slots from your live calendar, and hands to a person the moment a conversation goes outside what it should handle.

01

  • Answers your twenty most-asked questions
  • Qualifies a real enquiry from a casual one
  • Books from your live calendar, never a guess
  • Defined handoff, with the transcript attached
Workflow Automation — Enter information once, not three times

Workflow Automation

One intake path for every lead source, so an enquiry is captured once, matched against what you already have, written to your CRM with its source and owner, and given a dated follow-up task. Duplicates merge instead of multiplying, and a failed step says so.

02

  • One intake path for every lead source
  • De-duplication, so one person is one record
  • Dated follow-up against a named owner
  • Failures alert a human instead of vanishing
Websites & Mobile Apps — One obvious next step, on every screen

Websites & Mobile Apps

Responsive business websites, web applications and mobile apps, each built around a single clear action, with short forms that explain their own errors and deliver straight into the tools you already work in.

03

  • Built around one clear action per page
  • Short forms that explain their own errors
  • Submissions land in your inbox or CRM
  • Accessibility and performance pass included
Salesforce & AWS — Your CRM and your cloud, configured and connected

Salesforce & AWS

Salesforce objects, fields, flows and reports set up around how your team actually sells, plus AWS servers, storage, deployment and monitoring — configured with access scoped to what is genuinely needed.

04

  • Salesforce objects, flows and reports
  • AWS servers, storage and deployments
  • Monitoring so failures are noticed
  • Access scoped to the minimum required

PROCESS

From the first call
to handover

You always know what is happening, what I need from you next, and what you will have at the end.

Start a Project
//01

Understand

We talk through the business problem, the tools already in use, and what a good outcome actually looks like. You get a written summary of the problem as I understand it.

//02

Plan

I define the scope, the workflow and what gets delivered — including what is deliberately out of scope — with a timeline and a fixed price attached before anything is built.

//03

Build and test

I build it, share progress at agreed check-ins, and test against realistic scenarios rather than only the happy path. You get working software you can try.

//04

Launch and support

I help put it live, document how it works and what it connects to, and hand it over properly — so ongoing support stays your choice.

PACKAGE QUESTIONS

About The
Packages

How scope, upgrades and the “from” price actually work.

Still have a question? Get in touch
What if my project does not fit one of the packages?

I scope it separately and quote in writing. The packages cover the work people ask for most often; anything else gets the same treatment — a conversation about the problem, then a written scope with a fixed price before any work starts.

Is the package price the final price?

It is the price for the scope we agree. Each package is listed as a "from" price because scope varies — a chat assistant trained on twenty answers is not the same job as one trained on two hundred. Once the scope is written down, the number attached to it does not change unless you ask for something that changes the scope, and we agree that in advance.

Can I upgrade a package later?

Yes. The tiers are built to stack, so Standard includes Basic and Premium includes Standard. If you start with a Basic automation and later want CRM sync and follow-up tasks, you pay the difference rather than starting again.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes, if you want it. Every package includes a support period, and beyond that a maintenance arrangement can be agreed separately. Some clients take the handover and run it themselves, coming back when something changes — that is a perfectly good outcome, and the documentation is written to make it possible.
